Unlocking Angel Messages in Music
About 20 years ago, I was going through an incredibly tough period. My husband's behavior had become…strange. And I suspected he was having an affair. But I was wrong. He was having affairs (note the plural). Everything I knew and trusted was falling apart.
Not sure what to do next, I drove over to a friend's house. I sat in her driveway with the radio on for a few moments. I was feeling so many things – I couldn't even find the right words to describe my emotions. I remember looking up to the sky and asking out loud, "Is this it? Is my marriage over?"
At that moment, "Band of Gold" by Freda Payne played. And there was my answer. It wasn't a happy message – but it was one that I desperately needed to hear.
And the Angels chose to send me that message in a way that they knew I would miss: through music.
Angels often use music as a means to send messages. Here's why (and how to get even more Angel messages through this medium).
Music has the right vibes – literally
You know how sometimes you can feel the bass of a song in your chest? That physical sensation is just a small glimpse into the nature of our universe.
Everything around us is constantly vibrating, from the tiniest particles to the largest celestial bodies. Each object, in its own way, hums along to a unique frequency – creating a vast, cosmic tapestry of subtle rhythms.
When you break it down, music is really just organized vibration. Each note, chord and rhythm has its own unique energy. Think about how a catchy beat makes you want to move or how a beautiful melody can give you chills. That's the power of these musical vibrations at work. They don't just enter our ears – they can stir our emotions, shift our mood and even create physical reactions in our bodies. It's pretty cool when you think about it.
And here's where it gets even cooler: the Angels. These beings of pure light and energy are vibrating on a whole other level. In fact, they exist at incredibly high vibrational frequencies. Their ethereal nature allows them to easily tap into and manipulate these cosmic vibrations, making music a great choice for sending messages.
When Angels want to communicate through music, they're basically tuning into our “human radio station.” They might make sure that perfect song comes on just when you need it, or they could crank up the feels on a specific lyric. Sometimes, they'll guide your attention to a melody that means something special, even if you don't know why at first.
For Angels trying to guide and support us on our journey, tapping into that emotional power of music makes perfect sense. They can use it to comfort us when we're hurting, encourage us when we're doubting ourselves or give us that energetic boost when we need motivation.
It’s not just songs on the radio
When Angels use music to communicate, it's not limited to what you hear on the radio or your playlist. Sometimes, the melody comes from within you.
I remember a time a few years back when I was on a roll with manifesting. Everything I focused on seemed to materialize effortlessly. I felt amazing, like I was really hitting my stride. That's when it happened.
Out of nowhere, the theme song from the 1980s sitcom "The Jeffersons" started playing in my head. You know the one: "We're movin' on up, to the East Side, to a dee-luxe apartment in the sky-y-y."
And you know what? That's exactly what was happening in my life. I was leveling up, reaching new heights I'd only dreamed of before. The Angels had found the perfect soundtrack, delivering their message through an unexpected earworm from my childhood.
The takeaway? Angelic music messages can take many forms. Sometimes they're external – a perfectly timed song on the radio. Other times, they're internal – a tune that pops into your head and won't leave. The key is to pay attention and consider what that music might be trying to tell you.
Turn up the volume (and messages!)
Want to become more attuned to these Angel music messages? Here are some ideas to help you dial in:
Tune into those earworms: When a song randomly pops into your head or seems to follow you everywhere, pay attention. It might not be a coincidence.
Listen between the lines: Sometimes a particular lyric will jump out at you. That could be your angels highlighting something important.
Feel the music: Notice how different songs affect your mood and energy. Angels often communicate through emotions as much as words.
Try a music-based meditation: Put on some instrumental tunes and see what thoughts or insights bubble up.
Keep a music journal: Jot down songs that feel significant and any guidance you think you've received. Patterns might emerge over time.
Trust your gut: If a song feels meaningful to you, it probably is. Don't overthink it.
But how can we encourage receiving even more Angel messages through music? Just ask. Let your Angels know you're open to receiving guidance through music. Try this:
Set a clear intention.
Before you start your day or during your quiet time, say aloud: "Dear Angels, I'm open to receiving your guidance through music today. Please make the messages clear and unmistakable."
Then stay alert and receptive.
Remember, Angel messages are often subtle and symbolic. The more you practice, the clearer the messages will become.
The next time a song unexpectedly moves you to tears, gives you chills or seems to speak directly to your situation, pause and listen closely. The Angels may be using those vibrations to send you exactly what you need to hear.
