Can 2 People Share the Same Guardian Angel?

We've all had those moments. Those moments where we may have felt help, supported or guided by something bigger than ourself: our Guardian Angel.

But could this same Guardian Angel also be watching over a friend? A loved one? Someone else tucked in another corner of the world?

The short answer? Yes! (But with a footnote.)

Guardian Angels are beautifully loving beings of pure light and love that protect and guide us through all of life's ups and downs. They nudge us in the right direction, provide a shoulder to lean on or help guide us toward decisions or actions that best serve us. It's a comforting thought that there's something out there bigger than ourselves looking out for us and cheering us on.

One Angel, one person?

Well, yes…and no.

It goes a little deeper than that. You see, everyone has what I call a “main” or “primary” Guardian Angel – the Guardian Angel who is with us from our first breath to our last. This Angel is your lifelong companion and is dedicated to you – and you alone. Your main Guardian Angel helps guide you through every step of your life. They understand you on a deeper level and seek to help you make choices for your best and highest good. Your main Guardian Angel is devoted to just you and isn’t shared with anyone else. As Anne Shirley in Anne of Green Gables would say, your main Guardian Angel is a “kindred spirit” of sorts.

A Guardian Angel squad?

But did you know we have a whole team of Guardian Angels? In fact, we have a whole squad of them. We each have secondary Guardian Angels who come in and out of our lives to support and help us with specific needs, challenges or life events. These Angels do not walk with us our whole lives. They sense when we need help and show up in a blink to give it.

And this is where it gets interesting…

Guardian Angels are like celestial multitaskers. They’re not bound by physical limitations or notions of time like us humans are. They can totally juggle keeping an eye on multiple folks at once. That means they can be in multiple places watching, supporting, comforting multiple people simultaneously. So in essence, we can be “sharing” the same Guardian Angel with someone else.

Can families share Guardian Angels?

We know we can send our Guardian Angels to help loved ones. But can we share Guardian Angels with them? Yes, family and friends can definitely share secondary Guardian Angels. In fact, I recently gave a reading where twins shared a Guardian Angel. In another reading, I came across a mother and daughter who shared the same Guardian Angel. They were both grieving the loss of family and this particular Guardian Angel was coming through to comfort and support them.

Can you share a Guardian Angel with a stranger?

Yep, absolutely. Guardian Angels are dedicated to helping all souls wherever they are in the world. Kind of gives new meaning to the phrase “it’s a small world.”

So, the next time you feel that nudge or gentle guidance from something bigger than yourself, just know your Guardian Angel's got your back, and maybe a few other people's too!

With love and light,

Hope
